The National Association of ACOs (NAACOS) Awards Cornerstone Health Enablement Strategic Solutions, LLC with their ACO Innovation Award
Cornerstone Health Enablement Strategic Solutions, LLC (CHESS) received the ACO Innovation Award from the National Association of ACOs (NAACOS) during the NAACOS Spring Conference in Baltimore, MD. This award was presented to CHESS for implementing a medication assistance program to help patients in financial hardship obtain prescribed medications at little or no cost to them.
Tom DiPiro, PharmD, MBA, MS, Director of Pharmacy Services for CHESS, accepted the award on behalf of CHESS and provided an overview of the program and discussed the various hardships patients face when it comes to medication cost.
